This is obviously a good faith offer. Nobody can guarantee you a job -- after all, your qualifications and the job market and many other factors come into play.

However, we know our interview techniques work.

Refund Process:

We're not asking for specific proof, we're trusting you'll be honest with us. Just send us an email sometime within 30days of purchasing Big Interview and let us know a little bit about what happened (which also helps us improve the site). We'll then process your refund which you should see credited back on your next bank statement.
