How do I do things such as upgrade, cancel, pause or update my billing information?
You can find these options on the YOUR ACCOUNT page in the member area. There you can easily edit or cancel your account.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Yes! We do offer gift certificates. Please email email@example.com for more information.
Do you offer a Group Membership at a discounted rate?
Absolutely. Please fill out the form at Group Memberships and someone from our Groups Team will follow up with you.
Can I use an internationally accepted debit or credit card to enroll?
As long as the card is allowed for use within the United States, yes!
